Day 25 - Tuesday 11th May - Sedona, AZ

Our first day in Sedona started off with a little walk down to the main street to look at the shops. Now to say that this place had a few hippy shops would be an understatement. In this area there is a number of Vortexes (you know, where everything lines up just right).

We got back and hopped into the car and headed to the Town of Old Creek, which is a town just on the outskirts. (Like the Hepburn Springs is to Daylesford) We had a look at some outlet shops and headed back to the hotel. On the way back we stopped at the observation areas to take some pictures of the mountains, which take after the name of the national park, and are coloured a deep red.

We also stopped at a church which was built into the mountain and we went to a Mexican village and had a look around and Spanky bought some beads.

Back at the hotel, we had a rest, reading our books outside in the sun near the fire pit and BBQ area. The weather is deceptive, its cold out of the sun, warm in the sun, but the wind is cold.

For dinner we went back to the Mexican Village and went to the Brewery. The beer was nice and so was the food.
